RV, boat & vehicle parking in Portsmouth
Outdoor spaces from $60 a month, inside the same fenced and gated property as our storage units. We only have a handful, so it's worth calling to check.
The driveway problem
Get the camper off the driveway
Most neighborhoods in this area have something to say about an RV or a boat parked out front, and the second letter is usually less friendly than the first.
A space here is the simple fix. It sits inside the same fenced, gated property as the storage buildings, covered by the same cameras and the same recorded access log, with the gate open 7 AM to 8 PM — so getting the boat out on a Saturday morning isn't a production.
Be aware there are only around ten spaces. They don't turn over often. Call and we'll tell you honestly what's free and what isn't.
Spaces are uncovered. If you need enclosed storage for a smaller trailer or a project car, a 10×20 or 10×30 drive-up unit may suit you better — ask and we'll tell you which makes sense.
- Fenced and gated property
- Coded gate access with recorded log

- Facility-wide lighting
- Gate access 7 AM to 8 PM daily

Questions
About vehicle parking
What are your gate access hours?
The gate is open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day, including weekends.
The office is staffed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you need to speak to a person rather than use your gate code, those are the hours to come by or call (757) 465-9177.
Is the facility secure?
Yes — the property is fenced, entry is through a coded access gate that records every entry and exit, and it's covered by security cameras and lighting across the whole site.
The recorded access log is the part worth understanding. Every gate code that opens the gate is logged with a time, so there's an actual record of who came and went rather than just footage nobody reviews. There's also a manager on site during office hours.
Can I drive right up to my storage unit?
Yes. Every unit here is ground level with a roll-up door, so you can back a vehicle or trailer directly to the door and unload.
There are no elevators, no interior corridors, and no hauling things across a building. For anyone moving appliances or furniture without a crew, this is the single biggest difference between an easy afternoon and a miserable one.
Do you have RV, boat, or vehicle parking?
Yes. We rent outdoor parking spaces for RVs, boats, campers, trailers, and work vehicles, starting at $60 a month.
Spaces sit inside the same fenced, gated, camera-covered property as the storage buildings. It's the straightforward answer to an HOA rule about what can sit in your driveway. See vehicle and RV parking for details.
