The short version: we collect what we need to run a storage facility, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

When you contact us or reserve a unit, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and what you tell us about your storage needs. When you become a tenant, rental records are managed in our facility management system (SiteLink), including your contact details, payment records, and gate access history.

What we use it for

Running the facility: responding to your enquiry, confirming reservations, billing, gate access, and contacting you about your unit. That's it. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Payments

Online payments and reservations are processed through SiteLink's hosted pages. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored on this website.

Analytics

This site uses basic analytics to understand how visitors use it (pages visited, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.
